Construction Manager

This highly respected and growing blue-chip EPC company are currently seeking a proven Construction Manager for large-scale solar power plant projects. You will have previous experience working on large scale industrial projects and be excited by the Utility Renewable sector.

Responsibilities:

·
Construction progress monitoring and reporting

·
Construction and materials logistics surveillance

·
QA/QC monitoring during construction

·
Commissioning supervision

·
Monitoring all field aspects of the EPC contract
obligations

Essential:

·
Minimum of a bachelor's in engineering (Construction Management,
Civil, Electrical, or Mechanical) or related field

·
CM experience of 10 years (minimum)

·
Provide experience in construction management (or construction
supervision as Owner’s Representative) in at least one of the following
areas:

·
(i) Large infrastructure projects -for example, highways,
airports, transmission lines and substations, etc.-

·
(ii) Large industrial infrastructures -for example, chemical,
petrochemical, traditional power plants, etc. –

·
(iii) Large renewable energy power plants -solar, wind, BESS,
geothermal, hydropower, etc.-

·
Expert in Construction Monitoring or Construction Management of
large projects

·
Experience working with document control platforms (Procore or
similar)

·
Understanding of, and experience with all facets of construction
contracts

Desired:

·
Experience with large-scale renewable energy projects is a
plus
