LVN Nurse

```Duties```
- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and assisting with activities of daily living.
- Perform tube feeding and catheterization procedures as required.
- Assist with the care of senior patients, including providing support for their physical and emotional needs.
- Work with individuals with developmental disabilities to ensure their health and well-being.
- Collect and process specimens for laboratory testing.
- Triage patients and assess their needs for medical intervention.
- Assist in acute pain management for patients.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop discharge plans for patients.

```Skills```
- Proficient in medical terminology and documentation practices.
- Experienced in dialysis procedures and patient care.
- Knowledgeable in specimen collection and processing techniques.
- Skilled in triaging patients based on their medical condition and urgency of care needed.
- Competent in managing acute pain through appropriate interventions.
- Familiar with discharge planning processes and resources available for patients.

-Must be Bilingual ( Spanish Speaking)

-Must Have Home Health Agency Experience

Please note that a valid Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) license is required for this position. Additionally, candidates should possess excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $35.00 - $45.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
