Expected salary range of $88,200 to $98,000, varies based on experience, along with comprehensive benefits package that includes bonus and 401(k).

PRIMARY PURPOSE OF POSITION

The Sr Analyst, Marketing Events and Programming is responsible for corporate marketing sponsorship and events. This role is responsible for project planning, managing and executing on our company events programming, and ongoing vendor relationships. Thorough these programs our goal is to bring the brand experience to life through key internal and external events and sponsorships. This role reports directly to the Supervisor, Marketing Program and Strategic Events


PRIMARY DUTIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES
  • Responsible for coordinating internal meetings which include the day to day tactics of managing the logistics and planning, invites, communication, project managing the program deliverables, and coordinating content development for key meetings. Including but not limited to support or lead on; internal events for Constellation, sponsorship ticketing, industry events and other programming as needed. (30%)
  • Ownership of all project delivery elements, (emphasis on registration design and management of specific client driven technology interfaces, data analysis and reporting) utilizing standard processes and procedures to achieve client satisfaction. (30%)
  • Mange Constellation Company Store and other corporate assets and vendor and agency relationships and contract negotiations (Staples, WebbMason, Invite Manager, etc). (10%)
  • Vendor and agency management coordination and management of event elements. (10%)
  • Key responsibilities include but are not limited to: providing input and/or managing budget and timelines, housing management, communication management, speaker management, food and beverage, function space, themed events, audio visual and production, merchandise, activity planning and sourcing, registration, and program communications (15%)
  • Support and manage scorecard metrics and report outs. (5%)

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing
  • Minimum of 5 to 8 years in Marketing, specifically in Event or Project management planning or Sponsorship Management.
  • Proven leadership, credibility, interpersonal and team skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; superior interpersonal ability; tact and diplomacy.
  • A proven track record of vision, creative thinking, and coordination of complex programs, including large-scale marketing, and philanthropic efforts.
  • Ability to multi-task and work well under deadline pressure with external and internal partners at all levels.
  • Executive presence and broad experience interacting with senior executives.
  • This position is in Houston, TX or Baltimore, MD


PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • MBA preferred
  • Goal orientation with a high level of energy, enthusiasm and dedication to brand vision and community stewardship preferred.
  • Ability to effectively plan, focus and execute innovative/creative partnerships preferred
  • Ability to develop and implement short-and-long-term goals preferred.
  • Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions preferred.
