What You Will Do:
The Editorial Content Lead is responsible for managing the workload of the 10 or more team members within their assigned team to ensure document processing work is completed in accordance with the metrics set for each group. The Editorial Content Lead will also be responsible for providing on-going training, managing daily workflows, reviewing work processes, monitoring daily/weekly/monthly metric reports, quality assurance, developing action plans based on metric reports and researching/responding to customer requests. This position is critical to ensuring content is provided to clients in an accurate and timely fashion.
