DPC Editorial Content Lead

What You Will Do:

The Editorial Content Lead is responsible for managing the workload of the 10 or more team members within their assigned team to ensure document processing work is completed in accordance with the metrics set for each group. The Editorial Content Lead will also be responsible for providing on-going training, managing daily workflows, reviewing work processes, monitoring daily/weekly/monthly metric reports, quality assurance, developing action plans based on metric reports and researching/responding to customer requests. This position is critical to ensuring content is provided to clients in an accurate and timely fashion.

Your Day-to-Day Essential Duties

• 
  Manage and monitor workload among the team
• Contributing to the current workload for the respective team
• Assist in training team members in their respective roles
• Coordinate and promote team-engagement activities
• Work with Point of Contact Specialists to handle customer inquiries and issues
• Responsible for meeting efficiency, customer service, and quality metrics. This will include producing reports that evaluate identified metrics and developing action plans for missed metric thresholds
• Responsible for participating in department interviews
• Responsible for completing assigned tasks from Director, DPC
• Must complete company mandated leadership training and demonstrate and exhibit leadership growth

What You Bring to the Team

  6 Months of successful experience as a ConstructConnect Sr. Content Specialist

• Experience in customer service or call center preferred but not required.
• Proficient in using internet and web-based research
• Ability to make presentations to upper management
• Ability to use Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• Ability to review market workloads and delegate work in thorough, organized and logical manner
• Highly motivated with a desire to surpass set goals
• Ability to work well under pressure
• Must have construction knowledge or experience

Physical Demands and Work Environment:

• Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the working day
• Needs to occasionally move about the office to communicate with staff and attend meetings
• Constantly operates a computer
• Frequently communicates verbally with peers and management
• Must be able to analyze detail close-up
