Job Posting for Construction Division President - Commercial, Institutional GC at Construction Project Management Services, Inc.
National construction firm seeks a Division President to oversee its existing operation in Boston, MA.
The position reports to the CEO of the corporate office, and is responsible for full P&L of the regional office. The office performs GC and CM services on commercial, institutional, school, healthcare and multifamily buildings throughout the region.
We prefer someone with P&L experience at the executive level, but will consider an up-and-comer who is ready to take his or her career to the next level.
We do not require local experience and will consider relocation for someone outside the area.
