Plumbing Superintendent

Our client is a successful, well established and well respected top industry Commercial Mechanical Contracting firm located near Savannah, GA.

They are confidentially searching for a sharp Plumbing Superintendent with commercial Plumbing project experience to join their team on projects that include: Multifamily, Apartments, Condos, Office Buildings, Hotels, K-12 schools,Hospitals, Office buildings, Banks, Warehouse and Hotels. Projects up to $6 million.

\*Compensation includes up to $100,000 base salary (based on experience), 5 figure performance bonus, full employee medical coverage, relocation/temporary housing assistance, 401k match, paid vacation, vision, pto, dental, sick leave and holidays as well as a great working environment along with many other perks.

Experience needed:

* Thorough knowledge of commercial plumbing systems and installation.

* Journeyman or Master Plumbing license in Georgia.

* Supervisory experience and Field experience needed.

* Computer literate...familiar with Microsft software.

*Review bid documents.....Plans and Specs.

*Hold Jobsite and safety meetings.

*Cost coding a project.

*Review purchase orders and confirming deliveries and quantities.

*Assist in scheduling projects.

*Notify management of all problems and issues.
