Demand Generation Manager

To support our growth, ConstructSecure is seeking to hire a Demand Generation Manager who will create pipeline value through targeted outbound account-based marketing (ABM) and inbound demand generation. As the first hire in this function, you will work in lock-step with sales and marketing leadership to define our target priority accounts and build our inbound demand generation strategy.

This role will be responsible for the following:

• Define our strategy. This is an opportunity to build this function from the ground up, and while we have deep marketing experience on our leadership team, we need you to identify the right mix of inbound vs outbound, digital vs traditional, paid vs organic, and coordinate closely with our content marketing manager to define the right assets. 
• Drive inbound demand. You’ll be responsible for driving pipeline value to more than adequately cover our new revenue goals. This will require excellence in search engine optimization, pay-per-click advertising, content syndication, event sponsorship and content marketing. 
• Define target accounts. You’ll work closely with our sales and executive leadership to identify our ideal customer profile, and prioritize the most important accounts by vertical market. From there you will profile each account, identify key contacts and orchestrate plays to reach each of them with the right message at the right time. 
• Create a measurement framework. You’ll measure all of your work by defining key ABM metrics for coverage, awareness, engagement, program impact and influence, as well as traditional inbound pipeline metrics for MQLs, SQL, SALs, pipeline value and cost of acquisition.  

We’re looking for someone with expertise in both inbound and outbound B2B SaaS marketing. You’ll be charged with building out the process and strategy for SEO, paid search, and ABM, and collaborate with other marketing team members to weave that strategy into our content and event marketing efforts. In order to succeed in this role, you’ll need to balance strategy with execution and bring a sense of urgency to everything you touch.
