As Admissions and Business Development Project Analyst,you are delegated the administrative authority, responsibility, and accountability necessary for carrying out your assigned duties. Manages projects to achieve all of the project goals while considering the predefined three project constraints – the scope, the time, and the budget. Define and clarify project scope, develop the project plan and develop the project schedule. Responsible to ensure the smooth interactions between the project’s team members and that the differences do not have any effect on the quality of the project itself. Responsible for managing the creation and maintenance of departmental databases; create, generate, and review reports.

Duties and Responsibilities: 

  • Data Analysis and Reporting
  • Develop, monitor and provide reports and maintain history for department use, to include daily and monthly census reports, customer satisfaction survey results, and annual business development plans.
  • Completion of research projects, as requested.
  • Develop, maintain and provide manuals for department use, to include training manual, marketing "Ideas That Fly" and Territory Management.
  • Coordinates preparation of internal and external reports through gathering, analyzing and summarizing data and information from the departments.
  • Prepare monthly variance report with associated footnotes.
  • Project Management:
  • Prepare presentation materials for management reports.
  • Ensure that program expenses are charged correctly, and if not research and provide reasons for discrepancies.
  • Evaluate and monitor the performance and efficiency of programs to ensure that program implementation is on target.
  • Develop, design and establish reporting standards for the company.
  • Develop online management reports and key performance parameters.
  • Work on overall project planning through reporting on project schedules and deliverable.
  • Provide support to the department by gathering and analyzing data in the establishment and/or maintenance of corporate business processes, procedures and policies.
  • Plan, manage and monitor minor projects from concepts through implementation.
  • Provide support to the SVP Admissions/Business Development in planning, managing, and monitoring major projects from concepts through implementation.
  • Assist with the preparation of a variety of reports covering budget status, forecast reports and other management reports.
  • Assist in the preparation of long-term financial forecast of revenues and expenditure.
  • Assist in the preparation of program budget realignments
  • Review project proposal and deliverables with related team members and other related departments that will be involved to determine proper lead time, funding limitations, procedures for accomplishing project, staffing requirements, and allotment of available resources to various phases of project
  • Process daily, weekly and monthly reporting to ensure all schedules run smoothly, all jobs are completed as prescribed, and all invoicing is processed in a timely fashion.
  • Develop and maintains a detailed project schedule which includes administrative tasks and all sites involved in the project.
  • Coordinate activities across different organizational functions
  • Maintain a calendar with due dates to help organize all the projects requests.
  • Creation and/or manipulation of PowerPoint slides
  • Assist in creation of special projects, flyers, invitations, and promotional materials when necessary.
  • Assist, as needed, in "Open Houses."
  • Adhere to company work hours, policies, procedures, and rules governing professional staff behavior.
  • Adhere to company policies governing the observation of confidentiality and handling of confidential information.
  • Maintain professional relationships with company employees and customers.

  • Deals with public and company under varying conditions.
  • Minimal travel required.

 

 

 

Education

  • Must possess a four-year degree from college or university; or five years of professional office related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
