Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering incoming calls, scheduling patients, addressing customer inquiries and forwarding calls to the business team as necessary
- Follow communication scripts when handling different topics or scenarios
- Basic knowledge of computer systems and ability to navigate through multiple applications simultaneously
- Assist leadership team on administrative tasks such as, (filing, scanning, tracking, scheduling, reporting etc)
Requirements:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (additional language proficiency is a plus)
- Cheerful positive attitude
- Experience in a hospitality environment and/or call center is a plus
- Dental Office Experience is not required
