Key Responsibilities :

· Product Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements, create product roadmaps, and lead the development process from concept to launch.

· Market Research: Conduct market research and analysis to identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes. Use this information to drive product strategy.

· Product Strategy: Assist in the development and execution of product strategies to achieve business goals and objectives. This includes setting clear product goals and KPIs.

· Product Lifecycle Management: Oversee the entire product lifecycle, including product planning, development, launch, and ongoing optimization.

· Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with other departments, including marketing, sales, engineering, and customer support, to ensure product success and alignment with company objectives.

· Quality Assurance: Ensure that products meet quality standards and customer expectations by defining and monitoring quality assurance processes.

· Customer Feedback: Collect and analyze customer feedback and use it to drive product improvements and enhancements.

· Reporting and Analytics: Prepare regular reports on product performance, analyzing key metrics and making data-driven recommendations.

• LMS-Product (Business Loan)

Qualification :

· Bachelor's degree, MBA, or equivalent preferred.

· 2-4years of experience in product management or related roles.

· Strong project management and organizational skills.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

· Should have a working knowledge of SQL and Python

· Proven track record of successful product development and launch.
