Client:

Provides comprehensive Architecture and interior design services for select corporate and retail clients.

Description:

Our client is looking to hire a Project Manager with a minimum of four years of hands-on experience in both corporate interiors and new building core and shell projects. The ideal candidate should possess proficiency in producing construction documents (CDs) using Revit and AutoCAD.

Required:

A minimum of four years of successful project management experience, encompassing both corporate interiors and new building core and shell work.

Demonstrated ability to navigate and excel in diverse project environments.

Proficient in creating construction documents using both Revit and AutoCAD.

Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.

Proven track record of collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.

Education:

Bachelor of Architecture

Registered Architect is a big plus

Salary / Hourly:

$85,000 - $110,000 DOE
