Job Posting for Childcare Provider- Every Other Week (WH) at Consumer Direct Care Network

Position includes caring for a young boy.

Hours/Desired Schedule: Every other week: Monday-Friday, 2:30pm-5:00pm (may vary slightly based on school bus schedule) AND Snow days/no school days. Approx. 12.5 hours/week. Occasional weekend.
Location: Your home/Community- Mom would like the provider to live in Chippewa Falls or Lake Hallie, WI
Pay: $13.98/hour
The Member Enjoys:

Preferred Qualifications:
- Patient & Thoughtful in Speech and communication
- He is very energetic and would do best with someone who can give him focused attention
Requirements*:
- Willing to undergo a caregiver background check prior to hire
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
*Must be able to successfully pass a background check before being hired. If hired, Consumer Direct Care Network (CDCN) will not be your legal employer on record. If hired by a Member or their Managing Party, your legal employer on record would be the Member. CDCN’s role is to assist the Member or Managing Party in recruiting a Direct Care Worker. The Member or Managing Party has the sole authority to hire or dismiss any potential Direct Care Worker.

Pay: From $13.98 per hour
Expected hours: 1 – 12.5 per week
