What are the responsibilities and job description for the Part Time In-Home Caregiver position at Consumer Direct Care Network?

Ideal candidates aren't always necessarily experienced caregivers but are reliable, compassionate, mature and willing to train.
Shifts:
Every Other Weekend: 8am-9am and 4pm-5pm
Job Duties:
- A.M. shift = Incontinence care, transfers from bed to powered wheelchair with hoyer lift, make breakfast, feeding, clean up, insulin administration as needed
- P.M. shift = Make supper, feeding, clean up, bedtime routine, transfers to bed
Requirements:
- Caregiver needs to be dependable, able to multi-task, work efficiently, trainable
- Must have reliable transportation
- Be willing to conduct a criminal background check
- Be authorized to work in the U.S.
*Must be able to successfully pass a background check before being hired. If hired, Consumer Direct Care Network (CDCN) will not be your legal employer on record. If hired by a Member or their Managing Party, your legal employer on record would be the Member. CDCN’s role is to assist the Member or Managing Party in recruiting a Direct Care Worker. The Member or Managing Party has the sole authority to hire or dismiss any potential Direct Care Worker.
