Consumr Buzz, a leading digital marketing agency, is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Appointment Scheduler. As an Appointment Scheduler, you will play a pivotal role in the success of our marketing initiatives by effectively coordinating appointments between potential clients and our marketing analysts.

Responsibilities:

- Reach out to leads via phone, email, or other communication channels to schedule appointments with our marketing analysts.

- Maintain accurate records of scheduled appointments and update our CRM system accordingly.

- Communicate effectively with potential clients to understand their needs and preferences.

- Coordinate schedules between potential clients and marketing analysts to ensure smooth appointment scheduling.

- Provide timely reminders to both potential clients and marketing analysts about upcoming appointments.

- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to optimize appointment scheduling processes and strategies.

- Handle inquiries and provide basic information about Consumr Buzz's services and offerings.

- Assist in maintaining a positive and professional image of Consumr Buzz in all interactions with potential clients.

Requirements:

- Previous experience in appointment scheduling, customer service, or a related field is preferred but not required.

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.

- Proficiency in using CRM software and other scheduling tools is a plus.

- Proficiency in typing.

- A positive attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.

- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in a relevant field is a plus.

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
