Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and closing projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. The Project Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and vendors to deliver high-quality results that align with the organization's goals and objectives. The Project Manager lead our efforts in optimizing and improving our end-to-end processes to maximize value delivery to customers. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Lean and Agile methodologies, and workflow optimization with the ability to collaborate across departments, reduce waste, and enhance overall efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute project plans, defining project scope, goals, and deliverables.
• Coordinate resources, both internal and external, to ensure project success.
• Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and addressing any issues or risks.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather project requirements and expectations.
• Conduct regular project meetings, providing updates to team members and stakeholders.
• Manage project budgets, ensuring financial objectives are met.
• Foster a collaborative and positive team environment.
• Implement project management best practices and methodologies.
• Evaluate and improve project processes for increased efficiency and effectiveness.
• Prepare and present project reports to senior management.
• Conduct value stream mapping and analysis to identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and eliminate waste.
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance overall efficiency and effectiveness.
• Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for the value stream.
• Work closely with different departments to ensure a seamless flow of value delivery.
• Identify and mitigate risks that may impact the value stream.
• Promote a strong safety culture
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
• Evaluate and implement relevant technologies to enhance value stream processes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Value Stream Manager or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of Lean and Agile methodologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Familiarity with project management tools and software.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience with process optimization and change management.
• Familiarity with relevant technologies and tools.
• Certifications in Lean or Six Sigma are desirable.
