Job Responsibilities :

• Totally be responsible for the repacking operation, resource coordination and repacking operation organization to ensure the customer supply plan is achieved;
• Be responsible for implementing the company's quality management system and customer quality requirements, carrying out quality activities, strengthening quality management during repacking process, avoiding quality problems occurrence and outflow ;
• Be responsible for the supervision and management of suppliers, assist in suppliers' capabilities improvement and evaluating suppliers' performance;
• Be responsible for 5S management and site safety management of repacking warehouse, ensure a stable and orderly operation environment;
• Be responsible for continuous improvement and equipment AM check, improve equipment efficiency and productivity, and reduce cost;
• Responsible for the rectification and implementation of abnormal problems;
• Be responsible for operator training and skill certification, and supervise the operators' operation meet SOP / VPS and other documents.

Job Requirements :

• Bachelor's degree or above ; Mechanical Engineering, industrial engineering, logistics management, business operation management and other related majors would be prefered;
• At least 5 years' experience in the automotive industry or other manufacturing industry, familiar with production management, lean / continuous improvementI or industrial engineering;
• Familiar with MS Office, SAP, data understanding, data analysis, operation management, lean improvement, 5S management, cost management, quality tools and common quality improvement techniques;
• Could also successfully completed vocational training or experience in a comparable function;
• Have good understanding of industrial processes, quick response for problem solving;
• Fluent in English;
