Summary

The Account Coordinator has responsibility to support the customer support & operations with activities related to account management & support best practices. To maintain CRM updates, account & support Status Reports, and account outreach. The Account Coordinator position is a step ladder to the Account Manager position. This position is based in Phoenix Arizona.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
include the following:
  • Initiates as needed account and support related documents for the account manager and client support including but not limited to, Agenda’s & Minutes, Status Reports and CRM dashboards / updates.
  • Coordinates dependencies and resource reports across the enterprise for assigned accounts.
  • Coordinates with other Contexture staff and team members as it relates to the management of the various programs and projects.
  • Works collaboratively with stakeholders to ensure that all program and project related goals and objectives are being accomplished and documented.
  • Assists with preparation and scheduling of presentations to key internal and external audiences.
  • Supports Director Account management and Director Client Support as needed with data entry and stakeholder outreach
  • Performs other related duties as assigned

Skills
  • Knowledge of Microsoft office toolset (Project, Word, Excel, Share Point, CRM, and PowerPoint required, Visio preferred).
  • Project / program management and organizational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal skills
  • Proven ability to work independently as well as ability to effectively work in a team environment and maintain strong working relationships
  • Ability to define, plan, organize, and manage multiple projects efficiently and effectively
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and allocate assigned resources to ensure projects are efficiently and effectively completed
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and consistently meet strict deadlines
  • Detail oriented, especially as it relates to time management, project management, budget management, and external communications
  • Ability to embrace changes and adjust quickly to work demands and shifting priorities
Education/Experience
Minimum of 2 years of office administration, program administration, quality management with an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Health Administration, or Public Health field.

Physical Demands
The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. The person in this position needs to frequently communicate and exchange information and move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc. Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time. Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a keyboard, monitor, calculator, copy / scanner machine, and printer. Frequently moves office and work-related material weighing up to 10 pounds; Occasionally moves office and work-related material weighing up to 30 pounds.
