What are the responsibilities and job description for the Account Services Coordinator position at Continental Office?

Continental Office is seeking an Account Services Coordinator to join our team in Columbus, OH!

What you’ll love to do: Provide account services, project management and administrative support services for our furniture team and our clients.

We are looking for someone who is team oriented, customer-service focused and strong attention to detail while balancing multiple projects at a time.

Responsibilities:

  • Fully responsible for the client order once the purchase order and/or signed proposal is received through completion;
    • Includes quote, pricing, discounts, scheduling confirmations, service, and punch coordination
  • Primary operational contact for client
  • Activates the invoice process
  • Other duties as assigned

Skills/Qualifications:

  • 3 years of Account Service/Customer Service required
  • MillerKnoll/Herman Miller product installation and/or office systems experience preferred
  • Self-directed, requiring minimal supervision while managing multiple and conflicting priorities
  • Team oriented, dependable, and organized
  • High school diploma required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred
