Continental Office is seeking an Account Services Coordinator to join our team in Columbus, OH!
What you’ll love to do: Provide account services, project management and administrative support services for our furniture team and our clients.
We are looking for someone who is team oriented, customer-service focused and strong attention to detail while balancing multiple projects at a time.
Responsibilities:
- Fully responsible for the client order once the purchase order and/or signed proposal is received through completion;
- Includes quote, pricing, discounts, scheduling confirmations, service, and punch coordination
- Primary operational contact for client
- Activates the invoice process
- Other duties as assigned
Skills/Qualifications:
- 3 years of Account Service/Customer Service required
- MillerKnoll/Herman Miller product installation and/or office systems experience preferred
- Self-directed, requiring minimal supervision while managing multiple and conflicting priorities
- Team oriented, dependable, and organized
- High school diploma required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred
