Job Description:
Maryland Environmental Service has an opening for a Recycling Production Manager at our Prince George's County MRF located in Capitol Heights, MD. This position plans, coordinates and oversees single stream recycling production process. Ensures goods and services are produced efficiently and at the correct level of quality. Manages the production process, production staff and adjusting scheduling of goods to market. Monitoring of product standards and implementing a quality control program. Identifying training needs and reviewing the performance of subordinates.Estimated Pay Range:
$70,718.27 - $97,237.61

Minimum Requirements:
Four (4) years of supervisory experience in field operations/recycling management and must possess a SWANA Recycling Certificate within 6 months of employment. Bachelor's degree in a related field can be substituted for up to 3 years of experience requirement. Must have a valid driver's license with less than 5 points.
