Qualifications:
Must have License/Certification/Registration: Dietitian, ADA, diet technician and or dietary manage meeting current requirements established by the state regulatory agency.
Continuing Education: As required by law
Area of Supervision: Dietary Department
Dutie and Responsibilities:
Production and service of high-quality meals
Organize, supervise, and train dietary employees
Food ordering and supplies
Provide a sanitary and infection free enviornment
Participate in the assessment process along with attending care plans
Prepare menus
Make responsible decisions
