Our Sumter location is seeking a  HR Coordinator to join our HR team.  Are you ready to shape the future with us?Job DescriptionTHE POSITIONThis position will work on shift, Monday – Friday, 6-2:30 pm or 12-8:30 pmEnsure consistent application of Human Relations policies and procedures in relations to new hire processing, employee personnel records, payroll information, and benefits supportManage a high level of confidential informationAssist employees with resolving all salaried payroll related issuesMaintain salaried employee data in SAPProcess all salary payroll changes in SAPMaintain attendance system and personnel filesSupport new hire processing and maintain and track new hire records to include preparation of new personnel filesTrack and coordinate all new hire in-processing procedures including paperwork, medical testing, background investigations, and payroll-related itemsSupport in-processing of newly hired employeesProcess I9 verifications for newly hired employeesProcess invoicing for outside servicesAssist in reporting KPI’s - HR Global (Quarterly); HR Plant (Monthly)Support with reporting monthly overtime dataMust have strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite, with a focus in PowerPointMust have strong skills in Microsoft Excel to manage complex reports and spreadsheetsEnsure implementation of measures and maintain controls Raise awareness and provide information about ESH responsibilities and duties Ensure immediate notification and response, and initiate preventive measures in case of unsafe or polluting hazards Demonstrate exemplary personal behavior in ESH and motivate others Supports the Continental Business System (CBS ) structure by participating in the applicable CBT meeting, reviewing and managing his/her/team performance, conducting simple problem-solving using action sheets, identifying and implementing improvement opportunities, participating in the CBT reviews, and taking ownership for presented parts of the team boards. Other duties as assignedQualificationsBASIC QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related field or currently pursuing bachelor’s degree (junior or senior in college)2 years experience in HR or business related fieldLegal authorization to work in the U.S. is required.
