Friedman Financial, LLC is actively seeking a Client Service Associate to join their team in Berwyn, Pennsylvania. As a critical team member, your job as a Client Associate is to enhance the client experience by servicing clients, as well as providing operational and administrative support within the firm. You will perform administrative duties that support the Financial Advisors in their daily business practices, handle client experience details, and assist with the firms marketing efforts.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Provide exceptional customer service through positive client interaction; exceed the client’s overall expectations of customer service and exhibit a high level of professionalism and confidentiality of client information
Offer proactive solutions for office efficiency and in support of enhanced client experience
Generates client communications whether by phone, mail, electronically, or in-person
Answer questions and provide readily available information to clients, if requested and as allowable, as it relates to servicing their accounts
Plan and organize client events and seminars
Office equipment maintenance and troubleshooting; Supply management and ordering
Qualifications
Bachelor or Associates degree is preferred; completed college coursework in conjunction with work experience will also be considered
FINRA Series 7 preferred
Professional work experience in the industries of finance, accounting, insurance, banking, law or similar fields is advantageous
