About the Position:
We are looking for an experienced Recruiter to join our expanding team! The Recruiter is responsible for delivering strategic recruitment solutions to our diverse client portfolio. Reporting directly to the Director of HR, the Recruiter will contribute to the success of the department by leveraging their expertise in talent acquisition, client engagement, and recruitment consulting. This individual will work closely with clients to understand their hiring needs, deliver quality candidates, and strategically think outside of the box to attract top talent to ensure the position is filled on time.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Engagement: Develop a deep understanding of clients' goals, offering strategic guidance and expert support throughout the hiring process.
- Talent Acquisition: Execute end-to-end recruitment processes, showcasing our clients' brand through compelling job posts and presenting top-tier candidates.
- Industry Insight: Stay abreast of industry trends, providing valuable insights to clients on recruitment strategies and market conditions.
- Project Management: Efficiently manage multiple recruitment projects, collaborating with the HR team to enhance our service offerings.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- 5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in a staffing agency
- Proven success in managing end-to-end recruitment processes
- Certification in HR or Recruitment (PHR, SHRM-CP, AIRS) is a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Applicant Tracking Systems
