Treasury Manager – US based

The Treasury Manager coordinates all global banking activity. This involves monitoring daily cash activity at banks in 10 countries, reviewing cash outflows and assisting with cash forecast. This position will supervise one Treasury analyst and reports to the VP Controller and Treasurer.

As our global Treasury Manager, you are an integral part the treasury team will work with operations and finance teams to ensure cash needs are met.

Specific Responsibilities

• Monitor and report daily cash activity and balances.
• Assist FP&A with weekly cash forecasting.
• Build and coordinate relationships and communication with the banks.
• Assist in review of cash outflow and monitor for fraud.
• Manage remotely located treasury analyst as well as work with resources from our shared services finance team.
• Ad-hoc activity as necessary to assist the VP Controller and Treasurer as necessary,
• Assist with the assessment of processes and systems and improvement initiatives to improve treasury or finance related activities.

We are looking for a new colleague who can agree with the following experience, education, and knowledge/skills:

• Bachelor or MSc in Business, Finance or Accounting,
• Minimum of 3- years of relevant treasury, finance, or accounting working experience.
• Experience of working in multi-currency environments.
• Excellent IT skills, including Excel, data mapping.
• Good analytical and numerical skills.
• You have affinity to create review and improve business processes independently and you have a very strong sense of ‘Can do’ attitude.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, able to work well within the team, and communicate effectively.
• Fluent in English.
