AVAILABILITY:
Full time Day, evening and overnight position (Week and Weekend)
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Medication administration and documentation
- Personal care assistance
- Meal Preparation
- Housekeeping
- Individual and Group Activities
MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide staff oversight and coaching
- Mentor and train new staff members
- Maintain a positive and upbeat attitude in all interactions with staff and residents
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:
- CMT or L1MA License (preferably DHSS certified)
- Prior experience with Alzheimer's and dementia-related care required
- Ability to work in an on call rotation
- High degree of dependability and strong work ethic
