ContinuumRx, the nation’s leading JV specialty and home infusion therapy expert, is seeking a Registered Dietitian to add to our Team. The ideal candidate needs to possess strong interpersonal skills, have an energetic self-starter personality, and exhibits compassion in caring for people. The dietitian will be responsible for

  • Developing marketing and patient care programs for targeted markets, referral sources, clinical segments and other opportunities to leverage the organization's nutritional care capabilities and expertise.
  • Participating in sales support activities, including meeting with referral sources, home health agencies, or other organization to promote our nutritional care services
  • Assisting sales and marketing personnel in identifying and developing strategies to successfully target new referral sources.
  • Assess nutritional needs of patients and make recommendations in the plan of care for their nutrition therapy.
  • Consult with patients, physicians, hospital metabolic/nutrition group and ContinuumRx pharmacists to ensure successful patient outcomes.
  • Assess nutritional adequacy for TPN patients.
  • Conduct nutrition assessments on all new patients and follow up as needed.

  • Home Infusion: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:
