We are looking for multiple Client Systems Technician (CST) / Support Technicians on-site at Tinker Air Force Base (TAFB), Oklahoma. A Client Systems Technician (CST), or Support Technician, supports and assists customers with issues involving EUD hardware, software, and applications. CST duties include responding to customers, determining the cause of computing issues, and resolving technical issues. Annual workloads anticipate creating, processing, closing & resolving up to 110,000 trouble tickets and shall staff accordingly.
A CST serves as the first point of contact for customers seeking technical assistance by phone, in person, or remotely. A CST performs troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques to determine the resolution. A CST walks the customer through the problem-solving process and directs unresolved issues to the appropriate queue or next tier level of support personnel. The CST prioritizes/escalates issues that require elevated attention. All workload shall be recorded in the approved ticketing system(s). Customers require follow up to ensure complete resolution of issues.
