A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A REMOTE CUSTOMER SERVICE REP
As an entry-level Remote Customer Service Rep, you are essential to keeping our business running smoothly by providing efficient scheduling and customer care over the phone.
Each day, you make the short commute to your work-from-home office and prepare to receive calls and dispatch our techs. When you receive a call, your friendly demeanor sets the tone for a positive interaction as you answer questions and schedule jobs.
During these calls, you ask basic questions to learn the client's needs so you can be sure to dispatch the right technician for the job.

QUALIFICATIONS FOR A REMOTE CUSTOMER SERVICE REP
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic computer literacy including experience with Microsoft Office
- Basic keyboarding skills (30 WPM)
Any experience with ServiceTitan, FieldEdge, Housecall Pro, or other scheduling software would be a plus! HVAC, plumbing, or electrical home service customer service or dispatch experience would also be helpful but is not required.
