THE GREAT PAY

The expected pay for this full-time position is $20-$23/hr.

Our mission is to help small business owners in the home service trades to understand and know their financials and bookkeeping is being managed and maintained with the highest standards. Our staff has a high degree of experience in the electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and other home service industries--and offers their knowledge to help increase our client's understanding of their business performance. In the industry, we are known for our professionalism and knowledge of the scheduling software and accounting integrations. Our clients are good at what they do, knowing their trades inside and out--and, we let them focus on that by doing the rest for them!

WHAT DOES YOUR DAY ENTAIL?

You will work evening shifts.

Your responsibility will involve providing support and guidance to agents daily, ensuring they have the necessary resources and skills to deliver exceptional service to our customers. You will work closely with the Contact Center Manager, assisting with scheduling, workforce performance, and service delivery to ensure that our operations run smoothly and efficiently. Your ability to lead by example and foster a positive and collaborative team environment will be paramount to the success of our contact center.

DO YOU HAVE WHAT IT TAKES?

• Ability to be available during any business hours when needed
• Knowledge of relevant contact center software, CRM, and Workforce Management products
• A results-oriented approach with strong attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently with efficient time management skills
• High school diploma or equivalent required, degree in business management preferred

Experience as a contact center supervisor or workforce manager is preferred but not required.
