The target annual base salary for this role is from $115,000 to $125,000.
About the role
Critical parts of the job
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business objectives and growth targets for ABA services.
- Provide strategic guidance and direction to ensure efficient and effective operations across the ABA department.
- Manage and provide leadership to the ABA Department, ensuring effective communication, performance management, and professional development.
- Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics, to assess performance, identify areas for improvement, and determine any necessary change to strategy.
- Stay up to date regarding any industry trends and changes in best practices, legislation, or otherwise, ensuring adjustments are made as needed to remain in compliance and remain competitive in the marketplace.
- Oversee the ABA Operations Manager and the ABA Clinical Director, providing coaching and guidance, training, and development opportunities.
- Identify and pursue business development opportunities, including partnerships, collaborations, and new service offerings, to expand their reach and impact.
This Position will be focused on:
Being a Strategist- You will provide strategic guidance and direction to the ABA team. You will own the planning and the design of a solid, yet scalable foundation for the organization capable of expanding to meet their growth plans for the organization. You will have an opportunity to use your whole brain.
Being a Builder- You will be a builder of their ABA services, first by understanding where they are and then what will be needed for the organization to achieve its growth goals. You will own the operations of their ABA services and ensure they are effective and efficient without sacrificing their core mission of exceptional patient care.
Being a Mentor- You will be a coach acting as a guide and mentor to the Clinical and Operations teams. You will be building a team of professionals that will be able to accomplish whatever they focus their effort on.

Qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field, is preferred.
- Extensive experience in operational leadership and management in Healthcare is essential. Typically, a minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in operations management and/or director-level roles, including roles of increasing responsibility and leadership, is preferred.
- Strong industry knowledge and understanding of the healthcare field. This includes familiarity with industry trends, market dynamics, and regulatory requirements.
The Nice To Haves
- ABA Leadership experience or intimate knowledge of ABA.
- A high level of computer proficiency and a working knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite of products (Outlook, Word, Excel).
