Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to understand business processes and controls to define data analytics strategies to monitor controls activities
- Create high level dashboarding and reporting of monitoring KPIs for management consumption Provide recommendations for enhancing control effectiveness and mitigating risks based on data-driven insights
Qualifications
- 2 years of experience in data analysis, preferably in a compliance,
- 2 audit, or risk management environment years of experience in an agile
- 2 or scrum environment
- Proficiency in data manipulation and analysis with experience using SQL, Python, R, or similar Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar Experience developing metrics for a continuous controls monitoring program is a plus Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop practical solutions Knowledge of regulatory requirements and control frameworks (e.g., SOX, COSO) is a plus
