Create high level dashboarding and reporting of monitoring KPIs for management consumption Provide recommendations for enhancing control effectiveness and mitigating risks based on data-driven insights
Qualifications
2 years of experience in data analysis, preferably in a compliance,
2 audit, or risk management environment years of experience in an agile
2 or scrum environment
Proficiency in data manipulation and analysis with experience using SQL, Python, R, or similar Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar Experience developing metrics for a continuous controls monitoring program is a plus Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop practical solutions Knowledge of regulatory requirements and control frameworks (e.g., SOX, COSO) is a plus
