Convergint is looking for a full-time, enthusiastic, results driven Fire Inspection Supervisor to join our amazing culture. In this role, you will lead the testing and inspection of fire-alarm systems in assigned buildings. You will field lead a team to identify and report all problems or deficiencies found in the systems you inspect. This is a customer-facing role, and one that is responsible for maximizing customer satisfaction, safety, and quality assurance on all assigned inspections. As a Fire Inspection Supervisor, you will be part of a dynamic team that allows you to grow as Convergint grows.

What you'll do with "Our Training and Your Experience"
- Test and inspect commercial fire-alarm systems for all assigned buildings. Monitor the fire-alarm panel.
- Identify and report problems or discrepancies found in the systems you inspect in timely manner.
- Work closely with subcontractors and key stakeholders for all customer inspections.
- Interact with building owner or building engineer prior to, during, and following completion of the testing process.
- Review reports and initiate next steps as necessary.
- Ensure customer satisfaction with all inspections and testing.
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as requested or required.

Requirements:
Education: High school diploma or equivalent education or experience.
Experience: 5 relevant field experience
Preferred Experience (but not required):
- Experience in 1 or more of the following industries: electronics/electrical, fire alarm & life safety, and/or building automation systems.
- Certifications & Licenses: Must obtain NICET Certification within one year of date of hire.
