- Work closely with M&A Directors during due diligence of target companies in developing analysis and conclusions related to valuation expectations and integration planning.
- Support the M&A team in tracking outstanding diligence requests to ensure timely review of required diligence data.
- Support and lead the
- As directed, support the enhancement and development of M&A best practices including but not limited to:
- Operational workplans
- Technology tools (Sharepont & SmartSheet)
- Communication plans & content development
- Diligence analysis including but not limited to
- Balance sheet & financial statements
- HR company/colleague benefits comparisons and analysis (financial & quality of benefits)
- Legal & Compliance
- Commercial Insurance
- Health & Safety programs
- Solid knowledge of financial information analysis using spreadsheets, databases, and other financial reporting software
- Strong understanding of financial statements and the general ledger
- Strong planning and organizational skills; ability to meet tight deadlines
- Solid analytical thinking and quantitative analysis
- Ability to work independently, multi-task, and prioritize
- Proficient Microsoft Outlook, Project, Excel, Word and Power Point Skills.
