Convergix Automation Solutions is searching for a Recruiter to join our growing North American Talent Team. You will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment of candidates in the Industrial Automation space. Due to the technical nature of these roles, expertise in sourcing and recruiting for hard-to-find technical roles would be an asset, however, if you are a confident recruiter and have the ability to adapt and learn quickly, this may be your next challenge!

What Would a Typical Day Look Like?

• Support the execution of the full cycle recruitment process with activities ranging from creating and posting jobs, sourcing candidates, pre-screening resumes, scheduling and facilitating interviews, preparing offer letters, and ensuring the integrity of candidate data in our applicant tracking system (UKG).
• Regular auditing and monitoring of all job postings, on various job boards; ensuring visibility, accuracy, and alignment with TA metrics.
• Draft and publish job postings on our Applicant Tracking System and various external job sites and publications.
• Support of immigration processes for the global mobility of candidates; internal and external.
• Initial candidate outreach and qualification of information, interest and high-level determination of best company fit. Communicate to appropriate stakeholders (recruiters, HRBP, divisional leadership).
• Help support the development of recruitment standards, processes, documentation, and templates
• Support the review of offer letter templates to ensure compliance with legal, employment standards, and company policies and information
• Research and identify best sources of job boards; nationally and regionally
• Support the development of new tools – (interview guides, intake templates, etc.)
• Competitive analysis, research and documentation of industry employee offerings and best practices (employee benefits, perks, compensation)
• Competitor Talent Mapping (geographic, divisional, industry and role focus)
• Supporting employer branding initiatives, partnering with marketing
• Talent SWAT Team: jump in to support the recruitment function however needed to succeed in overall Talent Acquisition objectives

What Qualifies You for this Opportunity?

• End-to-end recruiting experience and the confidence to work with highly technical hiring managers and candidates, ideally within a high-growth environment
• Experience recruiting in industrial automation and/or engineering disciplines is an asset
• Excellent time management and organizational skills with an ability to juggle multiple demands – you thrive in an ever-changing environment
• Experience in using an Applicant Tracking System
• Strong detail orientation
• Relationship builder and all-around ‘people-person’ who develops great working relationships and demonstrates a strong customer service orientation
• Excellent communicator (oral and written) and able to interact with a diverse audience
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and also as part of a team
• High levels of integrity, diplomacy and tact, with an ability to always maintain confidentiality
• Excellent PC skills including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Flexible – may be required to take on ad hoc assignments
