As the key leader in manufacturing, the Production Supervisor is responsible for leading and ensuring that his/her team is focused on safely producing a quality product on-time. The Supervisor is accountable for building a team that is flexible and works well with other areas of the business to meet our customer and business requirements. Technical capability, a servant leadership style, and team development skills are critical long-term success factors.

Role Responsibilities:

Safety:

· Reduce number of incidents.

· Ensure PPE compliance.

· Establish and maintain cleanliness and organization standards throughout all departments.

Quality:

· Maintain training and certification program.

· Instill a sense of process ownership.

· Promote cross training and team development.

Delivery / Schedule Attainment:

· Execute weekly production schedule in sequence and adjust when needed.

· Ensure daily goals are met.

· Review Daily departmental staffing needs and adjust when needed.

· Create contingency plans and communicate with the Production Manager and Customer Experience team regarding changes or delays in manufacturing.

Productivity / Cost:

· Continuously look for opportunities to improve processes.

· Foster Team Leader development, ownership, and accountability.

· Solid computer skills and working knowledge of Microsoft software.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
