Intellectual property law firm seeks legal assistant for full-time position. Position involves assisting two to three attorneys with filings and correspondence with the United States Patent and Trademark Office, as well as with patent and trademark counsel in other countries. As such, experience with an IP firm preferred, but experience with a law firm helpful. Candidates must be proficient in Word, Adobe, Excel, and Outlook. Candidates should have excellent attention to detail, English grammar, typing, and organizational skills, and the ability to balance multiple projects and priorities simultaneously. Presently, firm has a flexible hybrid schedule, with three days in office and two days remote being typical. Salary from $50,000 and commensurate with experience (three years preferred).
