The Call Center Specialist will facilitate the training of new hires and current Call Center employees in a class and individual setting while on live calls. The Call Center Specialist will be customer/ member centric and have experience in developing training materials for a fast-paced Call Center environment. The Call Center Specialist will maximize the effectiveness of the staff by ensuring that representatives have a thorough knowledge and understanding of all CCHP Programs and can effectively use closing skills, troubleshoot, resolve problems and provide a positive customer experience. Education # Experience High School or Equivalent required Minimum of 3 years Call Center Experience Required 2 years# experience working with hospital and/or government sponsored programs or Community-based Organizations (CBOs) Minimum of 1 year previous training experience required. Fluent bilingual in English/Spanish and medical/insurance terminology required Ability to interpret technical data, processes, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Exceptional communication skills, oral and written. Flexibility to manage multiple assignments and tasks Licensure, Registration, and/or Certification: Community Health Worker (CHW) Certification, to obtain within 1 year of hire.
