Overview
Hybrid based near Cook Medical in Bloomington, IN, USA or Cook Medical Europe in Limerick, Ireland
Assist the Medical Education team by supporting various projects, tasks, or responsibilities.
Under the close supervision of manager, project managers, or medical education managers, support assigned projects, initiatives. Tasks, etc.
Responsibilities
Under close supervision, support stakeholders within Medical Education, Clinical Programs, the Division, Marketing and company Functions, including Governance, Contracting and Audits, Ethics & Compliance, finance, meetings and events, etc. in relation to various medical education projects, tasks, and responsibilities.
Develop basic understanding of metrics used to monitor the success of Medical Education events in collaboration with project managers and program managers.
Complete assigned tasks related to supporting the fulfilment of Medical Education and scientific exchange content and the purchase and management of training tools.
Develop a basic understanding of medical education.
Assist with managing small-scale projects in a timely manner for Medical Education through collaboration with divisional teams and company functions.
Attend meetings with stakeholders as needed to understand needs, gain feedback and support the overall business.
Meet deadlines and complete administrative tasks such as expenses, training, reporting, policy acknowledgements, etc. in a timely manner.
Within scope of responsibility, ensure all quality, regulatory, compliance and product specific
requirements are met.
Understand and be accountable for conducting Cook business with integrity and in compliance with applicable standards including Cook policies.
Qualifications
Required Experience:
College degree in related field and/or equivalent relevant experience.
Demonstrated experience supporting projects, while working independently.
Preferred Qualifications:
At least 1 year of relevant experience (e.g. internship), including but not limited to, medical education, training, project management, sales and/or marketing.

Demonstrates excellent communication and presentations skills.

Physical Requirements/Work Environment:
Ability to travel as needed.
