Job: Subscription/Revenue and Assistant to C-Suite
Location: RTP/Apex
Reports to: CEO/COO
Status: Non-Exempt
Responsibilities
- Review and balance daily business transactions
- Review and approve all recent sales contracts for accuracy of automated billing set-up
- Collect updated credit cards from clients when necessary; expired, updated, etc.
- Arrange payment with delinquent accounts
- Ensure all revenue is correctly reported
- Manage professional and personal scheduling, including agendas, mail, email, calls, travel arrangements, client management, and other company logistics
- Manage inbound telecommunications
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, or related field
- 5 years experience
- Advanced verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong time management skills, the ability to organize and multi-task
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel with an aptitude to learn new software and systems
Metrics for bonuses
- Revenue and projections reporting
- Effectively running office
- All sales contracts competed correctly and billing correctly

Pay: From $35,000.00 per year
