Summary

The position ensures that the amazon shopping platform works seamlessly from the shopper's perspective. You will be leading and overseeing various operational activities of the direct-to-consumer (DTC) channels including merchandising, order management, and inventory management.

The ideal candidate will have an analytical and data-driven approach toward all Amazon properties and activations

Role & Responsibilities:

• Lead the Amazon business including developing short and long-term business plans, meeting operational metrics, delivering top and bottom line sales goals, as well as managing day-to-day operations to exceed the company’s growth goals

• Manage product listings (content and keywords), inventory, pricing, and promotional activities on assigned marketplace platform to achieve sales and margin goals

• Explore and recommend appropriate expansion into international Amazon markets as well as other marketplaces.

• Track category trends to implement growth strategies

• Identify and develop new and existing internet marketing opportunities and initiatives.

• Responsible for P&L, Cash flow, and Balance Sheet, using this information to expand business

• Provide regular reports to management on KPIs, strategy, and implementation.

• Responsible for managing the marketing budget and approval processes

• Channel marketing campaign with BU and BD

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree required and/or related work experience to an equivalent level.

• Knowledge of Amazon Vendor Central and Amazon Advertising tools (Sponsored Ads, Sponsored Brands, DSP)

• Deep knowledge of Amazon’s KPIs (both customer-facing and operational) and enforcement procedures.

• Previous experience with Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Search Engine Marketing (SEM), and Digital Advertising is preferred

• Strong track record in thriving in a hyper-growth environment

• Excellent communication skills - both verbally and in writing

• Outstanding teamwork, organizational interpersonal problem-solving skills

Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Word, Excel and PowerPoint Collaborate both within regional departments and cross-functionally

• Bilingual - English/Mandarin is beneficial.
