COMPENSATION:
- $25-$49/hr, an average work week is 40 hrs/wk
- Shift differential of 10% for night work
SHIFT:
- Mon-Fri, overtime available
- Weekend, overnight / night work, and out of town/travel potential

JOB SUMMARY
This position is responsible to lead, train and mentor the EMS project crew, prioritize and delegate responsibilities, communicate with the trades people on the job site, and track project schedule to ensure projects are completed efficiently, accurately and on-time.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Promotes and fosters teamwork within EMS project crew, monitoring the project as it proceeds, directing and leading the crew toward optimal project productivity, and workplace safety; and, appraising individual and group performance to establish a highly competent crew.
- Provides support on EMS job by programming controllers being used, running EMT and wiring up refrigeration compressors, HVAC, RTV and lighting.
- Provides project support through welding of transducers, as needed to ensure a timely and quality completion of the projects.
- Performs other related duties and projects as assigned by management.
- Knowledge of electrical power systems.
- Knowledge of commercial HVAC construction and installation.
- Knowledge of some refrigeration.
- Skill in computer programs, such as MS Word, Excel.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Ability to communicate well with others.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- High school diploma/GED
- Must be able to lift up to 60 lbs. with no assistance and also be able to sit and/or stand for several hours at a time.
- Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record
- 5 yr electrical experience (must include apprenticeship experience) including experience interpreting technical drawings and diagrams for electrical layouts
- Controller Source install license(s) (any), preferred
- Energy Management System experience, preferred
