We are 2 hours from the Portland International Airport, making it easy to hop a flight anywhere.
We are looking for a Bartender. They will be responsible for crafting cocktails, pouring beer & wine, serving food and assisting with catered events in our Restaurant & Bar.
They will provide strong bartending and bar support so that the team can provide exemplary guest service in all areas of food service.

THE DETAILS
Reports to : Front of House Manager
As Bartender , your duties include mixing cocktails, pouring beer & wine and serving food. Exemplary customer service is a must, as our guests enjoy their annual vacations to Maupin and love chatting with the bartender!
Responsibilities to Include :
- Stocking liquor & beer
- Basic knowledge of food menu items and how they are served
- Memorize beers on tap, bottled beer, wines by glass, seasonal cocktails, well liquors
- Maintain bar cleanliness & organization
- Make mixers following Imperial Recipes
- Equipment maintenance Report problems immediately to Manager on Duty
- Perform to IRC standards Opening & closing checklists Cocktail recipes / mixing drinks Cleaning schedule Portion control
- Perform front desk duties, as needed
Position Qualifications :
- Requires a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a commitment to providing world-class service to the client, guests, and co-workers
- Possess current Food Handler Certification
- Obtain OLCC Server’s Permit (alcohol serving license)
- Must be 21 years or older
- Must be able to communicate effectively with others
- Bartending, serving experience
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
- Willingness to take responsibility
- Must be willing to work nights, weekends and holidays as needed
- Preferably one season in performing like duties as Bartender or Server
- This role may have physical demands including, but not limited to, lifting, bending, pushing, pulling and / or extended walking and standing.
