As an Inside Sales Representative for Cooper Enterprises, you are responsible for providing exceptional customer satisfaction by effectively handling customer sales inquiries and introducing our services through inbound and outbound sales calls. You will work with various teams throughout the company to maximize the customer experience by understanding customer needs and providing support and effective solutions. You must also be comfortable building relationships with new and existing customers, generating interest in our company, and closing sales.
The Marketing Coordinator will play an active role in social listening, initiate conversation across platforms, establish a unified voice for engaging with audiences on Cooper's Website and social media accounts, build rapport with social communities and use sound judgment when responding to questions, and become knowledgeable of best practices and emerging trends.
Responsibilities:
- Resolve customer inquiries, orders, and pricing issues with finesse and effectively communicate via phone and email.
- Develop and nurture strong relationships with current and potential customers, providing support to achieve sales goals.
- Execute strategic outbound sales initiatives to enhance promotions and maximize average order value.
- Proactively identify new sales opportunities through monthly external calls.
- Channel distributor opportunities to the right personnel for further development and closure.
- Ensure seamless order processing by accurately entering orders and providing exceptional customer service, including order status updates, tracking requests, and handling accounting inquiries.
- Maintain meticulous records of sales-related activities in our CRM system.
- Generate insightful leadership-level reports on sales efforts and pipeline health.
- Conduct thorough account research, identify key players, and generate interest.
- Expand and maintain our prospect database to fuel future growth.
- Support field sales by assisting with administrative tasks, client information, and timely responses.
- Input opportunities into our CRM system, ensuring the completion of the entire process.
- Provide knowledgeable advice to customers on part substitutions or modifications when requested items are unavailable.
- Process orders promptly and keep customers informed about pricing, shipping details, and any necessary information.
-Working closely with the Marketing Team, developing an action plan for social engagement.
-Moderate social conversations, respond to questions, and provide feedback on social posts. Report instances of inappropriate posting as necessary.
-Contribute ideas to the Content Team.
-Work collaboratively with Cooper Enterprises social media partners.
- Take on other essential assigned duties as needed.
