How You Can Make a Difference
The Marketing Manager provides a critical role in developing and maintaining our brand message and image and working with internal partners to support growth opportunities.
Our ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in marketing and be able to support multiple marketing efforts.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Strategic Messaging and Branding: Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy that includes targeted messaging campaigns that effectively communicate the value proposition of our solutions to broad and targeted audiences through multiple mediums.
Content Creation: Create compelling and informative content for various marketing materials, including websites, brochures, social media, press releases, blog posts, newsletters, and proposals.
Media Planning: Plan and oversee campaigns across various channels, including digital, print,
and social media to reach and engage our target audience effectively.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with sales, product, and other teams to align marketing initiatives with business goals.
Attend Key Meetings: Be present in targeted and essential meetings to ensure marketing strategies align with company objectives and to provide necessary input.
Reporting & Analysis: Track and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, providing regular updates to the Chief Business Officer and suggesting areas of improvement.
Event & Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and oversee promotional events, campaigns, or trade shows to showcase our solutions.
Continuous Learning: Stay updated with the latest marketing techniques, tools, and best practices, especially within the PBM and healthcare sectors.
Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all marketing materials and activities comply with relevant industry regulations and guidelines.
Other: Other tasks and responsibilities as assigned.
Required Skills/Abilities:
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Proven experience in marketing and media management, including digital platforms, SEO, SEM, and marketing automation.
Proficiency in marketing tools and software including digital marketing platforms.
Demonstrated ability to make data-driven decisions and problem-solving skills.
Ability to craft compelling, targeted messages for diverse audiences.
Collaborative team player who can also work independently.
Creative mindset and the ability to generate and introduce innovative marketing ideas.
Ability to adapt to rapidly changing market conditions, emerging trends, and business needs
Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field, or equivalent experience required
Previous experience in a marketing role with a proven track record of success.
Familiarity with the PBM or healthcare industry is preferred.
Physical Requirements:
Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
May require occasional travel.
Shift Details:
Some flexibility in hours is allowed, but the employee must be available during “core” business hours to meet the needs of our business. Extended hours, weekends and holidays may be required pursuant with industry and client demands.
