CBI, Inc. is a growing international company focused on agricultural and consumer products including coffee and spices, integrated marketing and export management, and strategic business services. We are an Environmental Sustainability Governance (ESG), Fair Trade food processing company working cooperatively with local farmers. CBI is looking for a full-time Controller who reports to the CFO.
Job Responsibilities include:

• Manage the month-end closing for US entities and reparation of the month-end consolidating trial balance
• Manage the annual Audit and Tax Compliance processes for the company
• Assist with research and development of international tax strategy
• Reconciliation of corporate bank accounts and US intercompany accounts
• Support development of monthly analytics related to consolidated and subsidiary KPIs, product profitability, sales, margins, customer data, and inventory valuation and control
• Support CFO on annual cash planning and bi-monthly updates; monitor repatriation, operating budgets and quarterly re-forecast; sources and uses of cash
• Manage and upload the financial and risk management information for offshore subsidiaries
• Monitor reconciliation of intercompany accounts and resolve out of balance conditions
• Input data into financial consolidation files, review KPIs and alert CFO to variances
• EST time zone
