Job Description
Provide ongoing, onsite management of all assigned programs and services.
Provide leadership, direction & supervision to staff at two programs
Manage the staffing patterns & schedules in assigned programs. Ensures staffing ratios & mandated training requirements in accordance with CHS, Inc. policy & DMR regulations.
Participate in transition planning for both intakes into services and discharges from services.
Maintain documents and files in compliance with CHS, Inc. policy and DMR regulations.
Participates in the development and implementation of the ISP process. Monitors the implementation of the ISP and progress towards identified goals.
Ensure agency, DDS & national service standards are achieved
Perform regular quality assurance functions including auditing & monitoring functions
Provide on-call to assigned program as needed
Provide direct support to the individuals served

First Aid and CPR Certification required before starting employment - we will direct you to an online course to obtain this!
MAP (Medication Administration Program) certification required - we will help you obtain this!
Bachelor's Degree - may be substituted for an Associates Degree and relevant work experience
Personal commitment to service quality and excellence
Proven leadership skills and supervisory experience
Valid driver's license
Ability to lift up to 30lbs
Ability to read and write in English
Familiarity with computers
