Be the go-to expert for employees and member cooperatives, providing technical support via phone, email, and in-person.
Master the art of troubleshooting computer hardware and software issues
Install and configure software like a pro
Qualifications
What you will need:
Associate's degree in computer science or a related field
1-3 years of rock star experience in a help desk or IT support role
Or an equivalent combination of both education and experience
Strong understanding of computer hardware and software
Customer service skills that would make superheroes envious
Ability to shine independently or as part of a stellar team
Cool as a cucumber under pressure
