What are the responsibilities and job description for the Class B Driver - 129 position at Copart?
Copart is currently seeking skilled and dedicated Class B tow truck drivers to join our team. In addition to supporting our local Copart facilities, these drivers will travel nationwide to provide vital assistance in Catastrophe Response situations such as hurricanes, hailstorms, and flooding. Travel would be from 2 week to 2 months or longer.

Responsibilities and Duties:
- Must be willing to travel nationally on short notice
- $45 Daily Per Diem paid while traveling
- Weekly Bonus while traveling
- Must meet background screening criteria
- Local pick-up and delivery of vehicles to designated Copart facility
- Load/unload vehicles safely and free of damage
- Operate company equipment in compliance with safety regulations
- Deploy to catastrophe events within 24 hours when directed to do so
- Maintain and assure good operating condition of all equipment and facilities
- Other tasks as assigned by the manager in support of daily auctions
Required Skills & Experience
- Open to applicants 21 years old
- Must meet background screening criteria
- Minimum of 1-year towing and/or load securement experience in the last 5 years preferred
- Must possess at least a valid Class B Driver's License issued by your state of residence
- Ability to travel by plane
- Military applicants are strongly encouraged to apply
- Completive commission-based pay
- Must be able to work long hours 12-14 hours per day
- Be able to travel with 24 hours or less notice
- Ability to work in extreme conditions weather and terrain
