We are committed to developing a strong bench of future leaders and are rolling out our annual Leadership Development Program in July at our Copart facility in Elgin, IL. This highly structured, 12-month program will prepare our Management Trainees to learn all facets of our core business functions. Our hands-on training environment will give you the opportunity to learn the functions and responsibilities of each position that contributes to the success of the business. Our Management Trainees also receive both classroom and mentor-supported management training to prepare them to be future Copart leaders.

To be considered for this exciting opportunity, qualified applicants will have:

  • A Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Business
  • Professional interpersonal and communication skills
  • Passion to learn in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
  • Flexibility to work extended hours as needed
  • Ability to travel, occasionally with limited notice, during and after the completion of the program
  • A valid Driver's License
  • Ability to relocate

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $50,000.00 per year
