At Copeland Insurance Agency we pride ourselves on our outstanding insurance products and customer service.

Salary Range: $15.00 - $19.00 per hour

Responsibilities


Process customer policy change requests.

Secure all Trailing Documents from customers.

Handle all incoming claim calls from customers.

Complete Evidence of Insurance requests.

Take premium payments from customers.

Provide exceptional customer service.



Requirements


Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable.

Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.

Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up.

Confident, self-starter who works well independently.

Professional phone etiquette.

Property & Casualty insurance license is required. We will help with this process.
